What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week has been amazing and fun. Yesterday was Valentine’s Day. My class made Valentine bags. Mine was full up to the top. I ate lots of treats and goodies. I loved them! We went on a field trip. We made a painting. It was fun! Last week it was the first family day in BC. For family day me and my family went to my aunt’s house!
Hi,this week we had FUN!!!! this week we went to the Arts Festival it was really cool! At the Arts Festival we painted,did clay and made a cup dragon ( but some people did humans and dogs and cats and purses) but I did NOT do that! I made a Dragon with a tongue! 😀 And when we painted we took a picture and painted it. But guess what?!? we did NOT use a brush! We instead used a knife-like thing! I think mine turned out great! Also in clay we made rattles! shaped like pizza pockets. And the women who tought us made a weird story about a giant tooth fairy and a trampoline and some other things.
Oh! We also did valentines bags! And I decorated mine really good! I got candy and chocolate and cards! But I had to eat them really fast because my family is on this really strict diet! ( but I know it helps because i’m feeling way better lately) 😀
In Characters we wrote about Valentines Day! And made a really preety card with a pop-up!
By the way today is Pizza Day! but……… because of my really strict diet I cant have juice or sunchips, just pizza:( but……. at least I get pizza!
Ok, I have to also talk about last week 🙁 but the thing is…… I forget! I know we did Characters and math and gym, but what did we do in it? I do not know! sooo………

This week has been so great!! We did so much. It’s not my best week but it was a good week. Last week we didn’t write so we have to talk about last week too. Last week we did art. We painted a hockey puck!.
Also this week we went to the art gallery but I didn’t go because I was at home. It was a good thing I didn’t pay yet. After school my brother had a basketball game so I had to stay and watch. After the game since I had money and my brother had some we went to the store and bought candy!! It was so yummy.
Also, today is Friday and yesterday was Valentine’s Day I love it when it’s Valentine’s Day. It’s all about LOVE.

Hi there, I’m back. This week has been awesome. On WEDNESDAY we went on a field trip to the Children’s Art Festival. It was so much fun. We saw a clown & a lovebird. In gym we played hockey. I scored 2 goals. It was Valentine’s Day yesterday. We made paper bags for our Valentines.
This week has been great! We had lots of fun and did awesome stuff this week.
On Monday it was Family day. We had a Pro-D day. For Family day my family went to our cousin’s house. We had fun together.
On Tuesday it was art day. We made our… Valentines day bags for… Valentine cards! I had fun making it.
On Wednesday we had a field trip. We went to the Children’s Art Festival. We did painting with acrylic paint. We used tools that my grandfather (also known as Lolo) uses. The tool is like a spoon. We also did clay rattles. We made dragons out of cups. I named mine Dragonese. That’s the name of dragon language too.
On Friday we had a subsitute teacher. Her name was Ms. Patterson. Today is… PIZZA DAY!!!! YEAH!

Hi. It`s me, Sophia.Y. I have been called that name for a long time. So I am used to it. On Wednesday, we went on a field trip to the children`s art festival. On Valentine`s Day, we had these bags. We got different people`s bags. I got my best friend Kayla`s bag. At the children`s art festival, we made these dragon/cup things. Larissa and Priya made little cats! Also at the children`s art festival we made shakers out of clay, and we painted these pictures that we picked. Yesterday, when we had gym we learned to play curling! I never got it in the ”house”. 🙂 Today, we have pizza day 😛
