What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week has been a spectacular week 🙂 . On our characters books we made a map of where we live and my character lives in Victoria. We noticed that our mice were playing hockey in the school! Kayla invited Priya, Halima and I to play island with them. 🙂
It has been a fun week. On Thursday we had gym with Mr. Naso and we played clean your room, it was boys vs girls and boys won. We had characters, where in the world I live. I was born in Oklahoma but I live in Phoenix, Arizona. It was so much fun. On Wednesday we had gym with Ms. Newton. We played hockey my team vs Dylan’s team and my team won 4-0, it was great. Today we are going to the Vancouver Giants game. It will be great and my friends will be there. Today we went down to the office and saw our mice playing hockey. Today we had a math test and I got all 15 and at recces I played soccer. I learned that hockey has a lockout that made me very sad. Its been a great week.
Hi, its Sophia I. This week was exciting. All of my friends are going to go on wgw! because they want to reply to Avery!! They are all creating an account! :D. Valentina was fluffy cat something. Dasha was I think smile4life. And I forget what grace was. Oops!
This week was exciting in another way too! My friends Dasha, Grace and Emma ( I play with Valentina but she’s my sister, not really a friend) all made a dance!. And here’s the exciting part. After we danced at the school picnic, Mr.Higo asked if he could video tape us dancing! 😀 :D. Of course we said yes! So now, we are making up a dance for him to video tape. We are pretty much done. After that we get to perform at an assembly!. Maybe even two! Emma was having a hard time learning the choerography and we got in a little fight. But my friends and I helped her so she didn’t get upset!. And now she’s dancing great!!
I cant wait!!!!
More exciting news! 😛 I’m creating a story! It is called Airflip. It’s about a girl who has one chance at doing what she loves, gymnastics but blows it. Now she is incredibly upset and won’t come out of the house. The first page got shown to the class and is in the school newsletter. Yay! I’m on my seventh page.
Now, we also did characters. In characters we did “Where in the world I live” We wrote about it then glued in a map of the world and put a red dot where we live. I live in Mexico City. I made a red dot where Mexico City is!!!
So excitting! 😀 😛 🙂
It has been a great week. On Wednesday we got to play gym. We played hockey and I almost scored a goal and the other team won again. On Thursday we got to play gym with Mr. Naso. We played clean your room. The boys won. We also did characters. We did where do our characters live. We are going to the Vancouver Giants game tonight. Today we went to the office to look at our mice that we painted. Also we did math.
Hello I am here again, this week was exciting. We did lots of activities. Like we did characters and it was all about where our characters live. My character lives in Hollywood and he is famous! Also we are going to the GIANTS GAME! I CANNOT WAIT! Also I made an Island out of Lego. If you get to see it I think your mouth would drop so low. Thank you for listening.
This week has been a FANTASTIC !!!! week. Guess what I invited Priya and Halima and Gracy, Sophia Y., Jennifer, Larissa, Maddy, Darren A. and Leo we were playing a game that Maddy and I made up, it was so fun.
I also have to tell you that today it’s Priya’s birthday!!!!! It was so fun that it was Priya’s birthday today because today was the day that I wanted a cupcake 🙂 .
