What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week has been awesome :)!! Monday and Tuesday were regular but Wednesday… HALLOWE’EN!!!!! It was awesome I got 171 candies yum :P!! Also my teacher Ms. Newton pretended to be a teacher on call her name was “Miss Smith” she was still Ms. Newton though… I think. I went Trick-or-treating with Darren, my friend Amanda, and Brooke. On Thursday we had a real teacher on call her name was Miss, Soochan. She had strikes and if we were noisy we got a strike and if we were quiet she took a strike away if we got ten strikes or over we owe her 10 minutes after school :(.
Today is Friday and I have 5 tickets which gives me a pretty good chance to win as every one else only got like 3 or 4 tickets :). I got 2 tickets from the spelling test I got one from perfect score and another for this sentence: Which witch is which? And another ticket for tidy desk and I already had 2 tickets which is 5 tickets :). this week has been awesome!!!!!!
It has been an spectacular week. On Monday we did guitar, on Tuesday we did a pumpkin print. On Wednesday it was Halloween and I was a police. On Thursday Ms. Newton was not here so we had a substitute. We did characters on Thursday too. Today it is pizza day. We did
guitar too. It is a very fun and spectacular week!
This week has been AWESOME. Today is pizza day. On characters we are making costumes for our characters on Halloween. On Halloween we played bingo and I got lots of candy I still have a lot of candy.
It has been an awesome week! On Tuesday, I was sick and I helped my mom pack my entire room because my family is moving. On Wednesday it was Hallowe’en! I was a wizard. I had a wand, a red dress, and a pointy hat with green lace.
We had gym too. We played hockey of course because Ms. Newton loves hockey. We also did a parade to show off our costumes. Our teacher pretended to be Miss Smith. When I went trick-or-treat it was raining. I went with my cousins Azya and Jordis. On Thursday we did characters like every Thursday. We made our characters costumes for Hallowe’en. On Friday we had guitar. We also have pizza day. This was a great week!
Hi, it’s Sophia I, from Kingswood. It still feels weird spelling my name like that :P. Anyway here’s what happened this week.
I’m going to save best for last. This week we played in gym, We played hockey. Usually I would put Hockey in the middle. But this week was full with fun things. Not that hockey isn’t fun. I’m just not so good at it 🙂
Next We went on computers, that was really fun. Gracy, Priya and I made a comic so we got to work on that. I also went on Raz-Kids.
Next we had a subtitute teacher, Miss Soochan. She was nice,She wrote this thing on the board called “strikes”. Our class only got five. If you got up to ten strikes you would have to stay ten minutes after school.
We also did Characters. This was one of the best things we did of the week. First, we got three pieces of paper. After we picked out a face for our pumpkin. Then we got a foam plate and took a pencil and carved it. After that we went to a table and sponged painted the plate. And when that was done we took our three pieces of paper and put it on the plate. And there, three prints of a pumpkin! 😀
Now for the best thing out of the whole entire week!. Hallowe’en! We played Bingo and wrote in our Hallowe’en fun book. By the way I got a bingo. 😀 I dressed up as a dead doll ! 😀 🙂 😛 Mrs.Newton was a fake substitute teacher for Hallowe’en. “Miss Smith. 😀 it was very funny!
I had one of the best weeks!
