What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Hi my name is Maddy and this week has been great! Mostly because I did not study my spelling and I think I got them all right! 🙂 I ran a total of 6 laps around the field this week. I also got 4 tickets and if I get perfect on my spelling I will have 5 tickets. We also made clay mice that was fun. The most exiting part of my week was getting a certificate at the assembly!!! I got it for Excellence in drawing, balance and artistic design. 🙂 😀 :P.
This week has been great! We did Mice at Centre Ice. We did a summary and I predict. We also did spelling. Our special word is Hallowe’en. Also we did computers. We did freerice.com and abcya.com. We did gym too. We did hockey. Also we had gym with Mr. Naso and we played soccer. In art, we did 3 things at once. We did clay mice, our leaf prints, and a sky for our trees. On Thursday, we did characters like every Thursday. We did my neighbourhood. On Friday we had an assembly. After that we did guitar. We know D, A7, and G. After that, it was recess. It was an awesome week!
Hi, this is Sophia. This week we did many fun activities, one of my favourites was the clay. We made a clay sculpture out of our “Mice in Centre ice” novels. We got to pick which- Oh that was a spelling word! so was witch! but back to topic 😀 so we got to pick which character we wanted to make, I picked Peppy.
We also did gym in gym we played soccer. It WAS FUN 🙂
We also used acrylic paint we painted a background using red, purple and blue!
I had an AMAZING week
Today we are going to have a spelling test.
Yesterday we did characters and it was so fun
and also yesterday we went to gym and we played soccer and hockey.
This week was fun. I liked it because we did three art projects. We made clay mice, we painted with acrylic paint and we used sponges to add fall colours to our leaves that we had made from wax crayon rubbings.
This week I played square ball and I had Mice at Centre Ice live at Montreal from rink rats MHL hide in bags. I played Canadian hockey with our teams. I did spelling and characters in art with charcoal lines. straight and zig-zag.
