What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
I had an awesome week! We played soccer in gym. Sadly we lost every game we played we lost 8-1 1-0 and 1-0.
We also got to have pizza lunch today.
We got to make Father’s Day cards. We made them in a shape of a fish we also got to write happy father’s day in bubble letters on the card
To end this post I would like to say something… RICK HANSEN IS COMING TO OUR SCHOOL TODAY!!!!!!!! and we wrote a letter to Rick Hansen on how much we appreciate what he has done and what he has been through. He is truly inspiring!
This week has been so AMAZING! This week we Math, Art, Gym and we learned about Rick Hansen.
This week in math we did 2 digit multiplication. Two digit multiplication is way to much fun!
This week in art we made Father’s Day cards. We did most of the writing for the cards in calligraphy. The card was actually shaped liked a fish. I didn’t want to stop art because it was to much fun. This week we also learned about Rick Hansen. He’s actually coming to our school today.

Hi this is Sophia. I had an AMAZING week!!!!!!. First I would like to talk about Rick Hansen! In characters two weeks ago we wrote about Rick Hansen. Yesterday Ms.Newton got us to write a letter to him. She said that she would pick out six letters she was going to send and just like one minute ago Anju and I found out that our letters were sent!!!!!. I just really feel happy and theres one thing that I will always remember…… NEVER GIVE UP!! o I almost forgot Rick Hansen is coming to Kingswood!!!
We also made a fathers day gift my dad doesn’t live with me so I got a big envolope to mail it to him. It was shaped like a fish and had thes nice little poems in it!!!! I LOVED IT!!!
At lunch knowone wanted to stop doing math soo…… almost allthe boys and maybe some girls started throwing there shoes at the clock to slow it down. It was going to fast!!! I loved math because I use to be behind in it. But then Anju offerd to tutor me in math at silent reading. so im in proving and I want to get better!!!! o and shes my best friend!
But im going to be alittle sad next week cause Anju will be gone. Shes going to japan, but im happy that shes excited.
It was truly AMAZING!!!!
This week we got to play soccer with mr.naso and i got the wining goal againts Ryans team and we got to play compas. Today we are ganna have pizza just not me this form is the only won i did not sign out. It was a great week.
I had an awesome week. Today Rick Hansen is COMING I’m so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 weeks ago we studied about him and he was only 15 when he got a wheel chair.
Yesterday we had gym and I scored four goals and Naveed scored 2 goals. The teams were blue and yellow vs red and green i was on the yellow team.
This week I got to take a picture an eagle in characters and are tittle was eagle. We when to Haida Gawaii and met an elder and it was the chief. The chief was holding a feather an eagle feather and he took me to his long house and his long house you can fit 4 class in inside. 😀
