What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
OH my gosh it has been an AMAZING week!!!!!!!! The BC LIONS came to OUR SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am talking about this first because it is so important. One of the players was Marco the other’s name was Rolley. Before the BC Lions came we were on a field trip to the Museum Of Anthropology. The short version of saying that is MOA. At the museum we got to see the world’s smallest totem pole. The totem pole was only 2 CENTIMETRES. We also got to see some weapons of the First Nations people such as daggers, swords, bows, clubs and knifes. Also we saw all sizes of totem poles. There was a lot to see there but I liked looking at samurai armor the best.
In characters we learned some facts about dragons and did you know DRAGONS AREN’T SCARED OF ANYTHING EXCEPT ELEPHANTS!! If they kill an elephant the elephant will fall and crush the elephant.

WOW! I can’t believe it. It`s Friday already. WE GET PIZZA TODAY! 🙂
In characters we learn facts about dragons and these are some of the facts. A dragon tooth is used to bring good luck. A bath in a dragon`s blood helps people to see in to the future. I love characters. 🙂

I had an amazing week!!!!! We did so many good fun things like characters, gym, guitars, art, learning about Chinese New Year and FSA.(FSA is for grades 4-7)
This week we did characters. In characters we were writing about how it is the year of the dragon. We learned so many things about dragons. Dragons are mythical creatures.

This week has been really fun!!! We got to learn about Chinese New Year and dragons. We learned a lot of facts one of the facts is that if you dip a sword in dragons blood it makes wounds that never heal. And last of all we got to play European squash ball with MrNaso. Oh I almost forgot its Ms.Newtons birth day!
