What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week has been spectacular! This week we did so many things like characters, math, basketball, yoga, run and square ball. This week has been really busy.
This week in characters our title was My Vehicle. In the My Vehicle writing we had 6 paragraphs. The first paragraph was the introduction, the second paragraph was about the description of our characters car, the third paragraph was about how are characters got their cars, the fourth paragraph was about where our characters go in their cars, the fifth paragraph was about how our characters feel and the sixth paragraph was the conclusion.
Today we went for a run. The minimum was 4 laps. I don’t know what the maximum was. Today we also played square ball after we went for the run.
This week in gym we played basketball both with Ms.Newton and Mr.Naso. It was a lot of fun.
This week we did math. In math we have 2 groups now. Right now their is only grade 3s in group 1 and only grade 4s in group 2.(I am in group 2) Group 2 is doing algebra. In algebra we are doing t-tables.
Today we did yoga in the multipurpose room. We did it from the TV. The instructor told us to smile. 🙂
This week has been awesome. 🙂
This week is one of the best weeks ever. This week is awesome because I got to see everyone in the class. I finally got to talk to Brandon after winter vacation he is my best friend. We got to play squareball because we are close to the squareball courts and it was sunny. We got to do characters and we wrote paragraphs about, be,do,have,help others and grateful. We also, got to make a collage out of magazine pictures. This is the month of the Kingswood Choice Awards and the books are: The Girl Who Could Fly, The Familiars, My Life As A Book, Guinea Dog and 11 Birthdays.
This week is awesome because we didn’t have a spelling test this week. We got to play basketball with Mr. Naso. It was so fun and I was on Roman’s team but I forgot the score. I think it was 4-4 but I don’t know.
This week is awesome because we had no spelling test. We also got to play square ball and we got some books for Kingswood Choice Awards. I got Guinea Dog. So far I’m on page 31. This week we played basketball with Mr.Naso it was so cool. Patrico and I were on the same team we were playing against Roman’s team and it was 4-4, it was fun!
It was a fantastic week. On Wednesday we went to the library and we got this thing when we get to read books well 5 books, it is called Kingswood Choice Awards. I think that Guinea Dog is the best book but I haven’t read the book yet. I am hoping to read Guinea Dog soon!
OMG Avery I woud bet you all the money in the world that all the kids in the class woud love to see you that woud be the best! I miss you soooooooooooooooooo much! Well I think you said that you will come back. LOL now I am going to pretend that I am a news reporter right now! hi this i s JENNY Plante reporting from downtown Kingswood. This is sad sad news that Abbey moved 🙁 but the good news is that our friend Avery might come to vancouver to see us sorry but that is all for today.
