What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

This UVic theatre student has realized some of her goals…. through initiative and focus. Here are some steps she followed to reach her dream.
I tried an experiment. In an elevator that only went 6 floors.. and seemed to stop on each one on this trip, I asked everyone ( total of about 5 people) WGWT. One guy name Steven whom I had never met before really got it.. And really loved the trip and talked about it when we finished.
Imagine getting that much fun out of just one ‘ride!’
Halfway through grade 6 there was a change of teacher and it seemed like a great opportunity to start her in with the rest of kids in a regular math class. It was a lot of work for her, but she passed math 6. She is SUCH a hard worker. She also passed math 7, even getting a c+ once in a while. So she started math 8 and she has such a good teacher this year. She has a great attitude towards algebra. She says, “What’s that cool word for math? Oh ya, algebra”.
So today she had no homework so we worked ahead a bit and started with the Pythagorean theorem. She is always so intuitive with me – that is she can guess what I want her to say, which can make it hard to tell if she really understands something, or if she just can guess the right answer. But I can see that she really gets Pythagoras. Today she found the length of a lot of hypotenuses and legs of right triangles and she calculated the distance a couple of boats had gone. Her teacher gives marks for participation, so she is really looking forward to the class doing this work so she can put up her hand and show that she knows what is going on.
Her mother has been so faithful in bringing her to tutoring, and the student has worked SO hard for these last 2 years. It is so awesome to see it pay off.
Who knew what could be possible when you look for ‘whats gone well today’ in another person!!
That would be a relief for him as well. Once we experience the WGWT heart shift, everyone notices and benefits.
Just received this video of my presentation on WGWT: New Tools for Engagement at IdeaWave last July
