This effusive, happy store greeter has always wanted this position. She seems to light up customers in a most natural, enthusiastic fashion. She doesn’t just smiled, she engaged and envelopes others in her warmth.
She waited a long time to get it.. and loves it.

A 5 year old’s 3 ‘bikes’ were moved on to a friend who restores , then donates bikes to organizations and schools who have ‘people’ who need fresh transportation.
On a bike trek to UVic today for an important conversation, this saddle bag fell off a friend’s bike, unnoticed. Retracting her steps 75 minutes later, she found it propped up by a street sign.
Downtown encouragement. Good to know where you can look for FRESH input for your life!
A student house in our ‘hood had this inviting path of shells that prompted me to knock on the door. A student answered, who I had talked with before, and shared the story of these shells from the beach at Tofino. A lovely addition to the ‘hood.
A seasons’ best harvest on our easement. Delicious.
