What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Is still providing free hugs…
One of the key aspects of WGWT is how compact the process, the conversation can be, when we use great questions. As Barbara noted in the last series, ‘this is a new way of socializing.’ In many ways ‘less is more.’
I spent 10 minutes with Steven Ness, one of our WGWT champions, talking about a few of the insights related to our work last night.
Here Steven talks about a number of key ideas from his recent travels to London and Sointula:
1. our metaphors affect how we think about our day, and how we engage with others
2. how to work with people who don’t want to answer a lot of questions
3. the surprises and rich rewards of Panning for Gold in conversations with people not even involved in your project.
4. the importance of setting the intention before asking a question
I’m grateful from having learned how to ask the question: “What’s your bread and butter?” Thank you.
I went down to set up our WGWT workshop with a large banner. Pat came around the corner to offer a hand and all sorts of conversation developed. The following two videos give a slight sense of her energy and slant on life.
