Great recommendation. I gave her a You Made My Day card. She loved that!
Loni really liked the top as it really suits her style and taste.
A puppy on the loose.. a community jumps into action
The pups we take care of for our daughter, were offered a vacation in Cumberland three hours north of here, with our son.
“Jean-Luc did run off and find someone with better treats when sitting around the fire got boring. He covered an impressive amount of ground in multiple directions from where he started in a short time but there was a pile of late night community spirit and he was found quickly.”
Our son continued, “We followed a number of leads until we had to pause and regroup and then we thought we heard him bark, went back out and someone on a bike was riding by looking for the matching people [ people who were matched with the missing dog in the Reddit post] .. that was our second bike rider who had helped look.
Reddit told us not to ask ‘Where is my lost dog’ but ‘Who has my lost dog?’ .. turned out to be a woman sitting in her car on the main drag who had bacon-Apple dog treats with her. [Jean-Luc won’t just get in any car. Treats are expected.]”
“We were the matching people to the found dog .. a woman on a bike had been trying to catch him and the woman in the car saw and tried her treats then the bike rider looped around and found us looking.”
