Loni lost an ear ring after a walk to UVic. I went out on our cul-de-sac, waited for a delivery truck to leave, and found the earring on the road.
Brilliant, fresh, fast moving, clever and very entertaining theatre at UVic’s Phoenix Theatre. I loved every moment of my time at the theatre that night from the opening special lecture on the history of musical theatre, to the conversations in the lobby and theatre with patrons.
We so love our nights out at St Luke’s Players. I asked a long time volunteer how she would rate her volunteering time there… “9.5/10”. Working hard and loving it! The company is in its 70th year.
Love our Tesla farm vehicle, here hauling part of our pumpkin crop. Some of these guys will stay with us almost till next spring.
A CHEK TV team was doing ‘streeter’ interviews about an upcoming referendum on Proportional Representation. I was sitting in front of a grocery store near a busy intersection and they asked me to take part. I was so ready for the sessions, sharing ideas and interest in the change that no one else had come close to.
A mother brought her children to the bank one afternoon… and so much love rippled around them. The children ended up with one of the staff … So much affection for all of them… mom, children and staff!
