What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Performance at a care facility remembered
A friend passed this on from her journal
Dec 6/07
A beautiful expression of Love’s care was demonstrated by the 5 performers at Glenwarren Lodge tonight.
The title on Glenwarren’s monthly calendar for this event was “Christian Science.” Claire Pepper, the activity director, also made a poster for the event, so people would know that the show wasn’t to be like a service, but a sharing of good thoughts. It was done with such love – a wonderful effort on the part of Christopher (M.C. – encouraging participation), Loni (Albert & the Lion), 2 of her speech arts students, Stacey (3 poems) and Kaylan (2-3 Christmas songs) and George – called to perform on the spot (Maria Elena) – L&C with their guitars, sang to Blanche & rest, “How could anyone ever tell you, you are anything less than beautiful.”
Highly engaged Green Drinks
According to online commitments there were going to be about eight people at Green Drinks. 25 showed up over the time, from 5 to 7 pm. Some people were coming intending to stay for a minute, found the conversations too much to leave.. and stayed. We’ve been hosting these for over 10 years… continues to be a thoughtful draw, a source of helpful connections.
Loved listening to this woman and hearing what one of her gifts or passions is… and help draw out the importance of this to others
Great choreography with a restaurant
We had short window to have dinner and drop our son near the ferry in Swartz Bay. We decided to go to Wings on Gorge Rd. When we were leaving the house we phoned the restaurant with our order, explaining we’d be there in 15 minutes. Turned out we got there in 11. The food was almost immediately on the table. Good dinner. Made our way via a new route which had us at our destination 10 minute early. It was a such a beautifully choreographed event full of interesting stories.
Like the opening of a spring flower
I met with a house guest and recorded a few of her stories. At first she was hesitant, thinking she had nothing to say. Her sister encouraged her. She viewed them and wrote, ‘I find it very uncomfortable to watch myself but it’s just the right amount of embarrassing. You really captured what I’m passionate about! I like them all.’
An opening offered by a stranger
When I sat down on the bus a girl across the aisle smiled at me. So different to the usual disconnect that strangers display. After a few minutes we started talking. Highschool, courses, the future.. She has the family resources behind her, and the aspirations, curiosity and polish to do anything. Distinct pleasure to share a few minutes on the bus.
