What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Don’t you love it when you find hidden treasures and things that you had forgotten about or wish you could find? Loved your story Sunny.
I have found it very interesting asking my friends WGWT? Every single one of them has a different perspective about it. To some their day has gone well if they make it to the end of the day unscathed LOL. To others it’s the simple things, like enjoying a great cup of coffee or watching their children play (or playing with them), to others it’s something more exciting like leaving for an exotic vacation, buying a house, car etc.
I had an outstanding day. It included having a great CFUV co-op radio in Victoria. On leaving the station, I talked with the staff of the Martlet, and Peer Support counseling A day highlight though was running into Ryan Levis who has worked for a Travel Cuts for for years.. On the spot we shot 4 episodes talking about a number of hot topics. Two of these follow this post. He was one of the most relaxed interviewees I’ve worked with. Insightful content, succinctly delivered.
In the middle of the day a very thoughtful friend passed along the results of a small focus group on the cards. The results and comments told me alot about what happens if the cards are looked at in a different way. In way it’s like thinking your screw driver is a hammer.
Next I had some coaching with Robin J Hood about the power of WGWT and the need to match my energies to the top-rung tool that the cards present. It’s showing people how to really communicate and connect at level that is rarely done these days.
Dealing with surprises, which often bring on stress…
Figuring out our path in life is always a hot topic
