What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Little connections that bond us together
A casual conversation on a bus becomes a learning moment, helping the fellow get a wider view of ‘the environment’ . not just a tree, but something we are inherently connected to.
Gotta remember the importance of the “small” things.
I actually had a really awesome one yesterday. I met an Italian lady who prefaced our conversation with “I don’t speak English very well.” A few years ago this would have terrified me because I’ve had some difficult conversations with non-native English speakers. Now I’m so much more confident in it, that it was actually fun to find words that we both recognized, and we even did some math together to figure out how much fabric and what hardware she needed for curtains. It was a great time!!
Breaking out of an insular world
The WGWT was reconnecting with Charlie at the Belfry. He created a mini play which we took part in. He agreed to meet the next evening to record a couple of stories. Charlie is an actor who travels extensively. Here he talks about the rewards of engaging with strangers.
Boyfriend and I popped into the SPCA to see if they were looking for volunteers. The ladies working the counter said they actually had a WAITLIST for volunteers of at least 300 (!!!) so it would be some time. How awesome is that. She recommended I check with the CRD though, because they are looking for dog walkers and cat socializers apparently. Nice!
