Turns out this was a weekend of parents coming to town to find a place for their children for university.
We had some wonderful conversations on Friday and Saturday. I fine-tuned the ad and it paid off. Today a family contacted me who truly appreciated what we had to offer and by the end of the day we had rented both rooms.
