What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Meeting up with a friend to attend a health related free seminar this PM. Picking up a cheque for $500. Am off to Vancouver for a couple of days and have tickets to the Shakespeare in The Park for when we get back. Sweet!
Operators of a sailing charter are loving the opportunity to meet others and also help youth learn to sail and develop more spiritual trust
Yesterday was especially busy with multiple chores inside and out, since my household is changing and I’m going off on a trip. I was working through my list, then one item was cancelled with a phone call saying that someone else could look after that herself. Then after a meeting another item went well and quickly, and on the way home I drove past a grocery store to see if they were open. There was a new sign saying “Open” lit up, and when I went in the young man said they were now open until midnight “to help out some customers”. It helped me out and they had everything I needed. It was a very good day.
What’s Gone Well?
A turn-around to a day
Driving in the driveway, kids out the back scraping and painting the paddock fence
Dinner made by my future (I hope) son-in-law
A gift of $1000
A hug
And a load of path mulch for my garden path….
Who woulda thought?
Grace is such a wonderful thing…..
Thanks for encouraging me in my journey
Well, Christopher, your request for what’s gone right today made me laugh as it seemed at the time that nothing had.
But then i realized, i woke up refreshed following a good nights sleep on my organic cotton/wool mattress in my room at Queenswood.
I eventually got warm water from the shower and put on my new skirt which i bought new (as opposed to used) from MEC.
Eventually deciding to skip my computer class to focus on job applications, I am sipping semi green oolong tea, which is speeding up my metabolism as i write on my own PC.
Two of the guests this morning are people i haven’t seen in awhile so it was great to re-connect.
Altho, i got in a huff over rock music and loud voices from the kitchen (during ‘silent’ breakfast), you gave me an opportunity to turn my day (and my attitude) around.
So that’s several good things and it isn’t even noon.
Affirmation: I will retain my peace of mind and good will regardless of how others behave.
Elizabeth.. A wondrous post… which truly reflects the power of the process which you took on in such a good spirit.
…I have found wonderfully creative ways to use my spare time while not pressured with work. My proposal has been accepted to present at the World Conference on Restorative Practices in England in October. My topic is “Speaking Circles: Restorative Conversation for Social Change.” I have also been collaborating with a colleague in Vancouver (Green Think Education). We have had one of our proposals accepted to do some work up in the Yukon next year that focuses on reducing green house gas emissions. I’ve also been deeply emerged in digital storytelling. It has touched the core of my being! I just love it.
So with that, I remain living in the mystery. The down turn in the economy here has returned me, in many ways, to my dreams. I am inspired, learning lots and finding news ways to be in world. I’m living both larger and smaller, all at the same time.
