transformational.
I was so struck by the speed, kindness and synchronicity of my experiences on BC Transit in Vancouver. Even though I was running late..I held to the idea that we have no limits, that material measures don’t define our experience. I was not going to be held back by material predictions.. harmony ruled. – in conversations, connections, smoothness, cost ( driver cut the fare in half) , communications. Each step of the way was rich.
In the afternoon…
Just called my cell phone provider for a family member whose phone is gimpy. Their front line guy said there was ‘no way’ to get around the $200 buy back cost of the handset as there’s 14 months remaining on the contract.
This idea came to me… ‘In fact, ‘no way’ is never the real answer when it comes to customer loyalty.’ I explained I understood his levels limited ability to reward loyalty. He passed me on to their loyalty department and they net cost of the contract buyout is net zero, with a great price for the replacement phone. ” No way’ is NOT an option when we are empowered by understanding and grace.
Amazed to see a gift to the community,: playground toys gifted to a community park at Gorge and Tillicum in Victoria, by a mother whose child had died. These toys were always there: safe and respected
