What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Each one had to find their own spot at the table by locating their name on an animal place card. I announced we would have a “manners’ meal” — meaning that every time the children used good manners, such as saying please and thank you, or please pass the…, or ate their food nicely, etc., they would get a point. No points could be removed. I kept score at first. Wow! What fun! One little one was really getting into the spirit of the game, and pointedly said things like, “I LOVE your mac & cheese.” It was amazing how quickly he caught on. Soon that child took over the point-marking. Looking at my place card, he added my name to the list. We all watched our Ps & Qs; it was very enjoyable.
After eating a gazillion brownies, we all strolled up Mt Tolmie. I should say, the adults strolled. All three boys raced around the moss-covered rocks and had a marvellous time. I later discovered that one of the other boys was still keeping score – even rating his parents. We all expressed a lot of enthusiasm for the event and vowed to try something similar again sometime soon.

It’s been documented that the act of observing molecules changes their behaviour… so to with bus riders
I talked to a bus driver walking back from a coffee break how he lessens stress in his day. He said I made some big changes from when I used to be very stressed. Now I think about things that I enjoy.. Jerks still get on the bus but when I look at them, I’m just thinking about the things I love. They give em a double take because their behaviour is not changing how I look at them.
