My financial safety net is small so this move has caused some anxiety and fears of old age. In the past I was on various psychotropic medications. I am not sure they were very useful, only as a crutch. Sometime after I returned I transitioned off them. In the past my anxiety over this mood would lead to use of these drugs.

I start working tomorrow at the auto action. Some of the moments that have gone well lately.
Having a question of the day can be so helpful in opening up great conversations.

Talked about him using Google and GPS commuting from New Westminster to Richmond. The conversation level was an improvement for me.
Hi! for the shy, the introverted
An accomplished fellow was an introvert, yet worked in movie, tv , stage productions.
I asked him how that works for him.
He said, it allows him to really focus intensely on 2-3 people he’s working with on a project, and not be distracted by others.
Hi! gives readers some important skills, attitudes and questions they can use in almost any situation.
1. choose a theme and questions you’ll use that day. Make sure you have an answer to the question you’ve chosen. Then ask at least 3 people you run into, or see throughout your day. You can start out with ‘ Do you time for my question of the day?’
Ask when you’re at Thrifties at 7am.
Don’t worry what they will think, just engage for a few minutes with the question and see how it goes. If it works well… repeat it with another person.
If it needs tweaking, do so.
You can do it on the phone but much better in person.
You are exercising a new muscle set by doing this.
