What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
It had been the greatest week ever! On the 14th we went to the Children Art Festival at the Richmond Cultural Centre to look at artwork. We also did drawings of our face with charcoal and a drumming class with a man. At the end we were doing a funny dance, it was eat the pizza and the man told the teachers to do it too with us!
Today we did characters and we did our sports T-shirt. Today is the Friendship club, we did some Chinese painting and we used bamboo brushes with black ink.
Yesterday we went to the computer lab to search for the logo we wanted to draw it on the T-shirt. We put our last name from our characters book but my last name was too long so I asked Ms. Newton if I could put my first name. Ms. Newton said yes you can put your first name and I also put the number 47, it is Ms. Newton’s favourite number so I chose to use 47.
On Friday we went outside to go for a run. Some people in my class did 3 laps and some people in my class did 4 laps, I did 3 laps we. Today on our spelling test I got 10+. I also brought cupcakes for my whole class.

I had a great week! We played European hand ball with Mr.Naso and I just found out that my cousin’s band teacher was Mr.Naso last year! She went to Mitchell Elementary. I`m going to my cousins house right now and we might go play basketball after I post.
On Thursday we did characters and we made up our own team with logos my team name is SPEEDY KINGS. My logo is a lion with a crown. The sport I play is hockey. 🙂 🙂 🙂
I had a great week. We had a spelling test, we ran three times. We went to the gym and played dodge ball. We also wrote paragraphs. We colour the t-shirts that we drew for our character’s team.
I had a great week! In characters we did ‘I Made The Team’ but I had to stay after school so I could to finish my characters. We drew our own logos and we also named our team. My team name is, A Kick, I thought it was a great name.
We also played European hand ball with Mr.Naso and we played freeze tag too. It was fun playing with Mr.Naso.

This week has been great week! We had lots of fun. We made valentine bags so if people wanted to put cards in it they could. In gym yesterday me, Pat and Roman, my best friends were playing European hand ball and we beat Ryan’s team. My team got 7 goals and Ryan’s team got 2 goals. Pat was our best player. When Ryan got a penalty and scored 2 goals, Pat got 2 goals, Roman got 3 goals and I got 2 goals. It was a cool game. Pat was so out of this world, me, Pat and Roman were spectacular in the game. I hope we play it next time. It was really fun. We played so much that we were sweating a lot. We are almost the best team. If we were the best then we would be amazing and we would be unstoppable. I wish we were. We did a little bit of characters. It was about what a friend does. Friends are cool, really cool. Bye. 🙂
