Heart to Heart
We all need someone once in a while to help sort things out, to listen to us and perhaps ask thoughtful question, and share insights to work with. Heart-to-Heart is designed just for that. This can be either in person, or even sometimes just by text. Christopher Bowers, a spiritual care provider at the UVic MFCs has years of experience in helping people of all ages look at life differently, through asking great questions and sharing relevant spiritual insights.
