Went to Rick Miller’s Boom at the Belfry. Outstanding design, writing and performance. Really enjoyed the talk back after the show. Very informative. We organized a potluck for 11 people before hand. It had some interesting moments as well.
Heard of someone going through an amicable divorce. That certainly lightens the load for her own renewal.
I put an ad to rent a room out for the winter term. Several people expressed interest. One fellow from out of town was particularly focused and persistent. He overcame obstacles and closed the deal in an afternoon while others faltered. He describes himself as a ‘neat freak’. He himself shows well.

Talked to a neighbour about concerns in the ‘hood and came up with a plan to address them. Interesting that people don’t bring up concerns or act on them, until someone ‘opens the door’ and talks and listens to them.
