I have worked as a volunteer business consultant in East Africa several times (4 months each time), creating a smallholder coffee project in NW Tanzania which was a top award winner in the 2009 UN SEED competition. My experiences along the path to creating this undertaking include many fascinating learnings about NGOs & development aid and I am sharing my experiences with 30 to 45 minute presentations to various interested grouyps in Victoria.
